Master Class on lifting mechanics sitting posture and workday exercise for manual labor workers

This master class will teach workers that are required to lift heavy items, drive long periods or both how to do so with proper body mechanics and posture so they can finish their work day feeling healthy.  It will also teach how to incorporate exercise into the workday for pain risk reduction and relief
